Context
A marketing firm had built an Excel tool that a Fortune 1000 healthcare company relied on to guide product placement across retail locations. It worked, and the business leaned on it.
Problem
The tool had grown into spaghetti: giant functions, no structure, dangerous to touch. They needed to expand and maintain it, but every change risked breaking analysis the business depended on.
What I did
I worked with the team to design a clean, modular structure the tool could grow on, separating its logic so it could be expanded and maintained safely. The design was mine; their team handled the implementation.
Result
A foundation they could extend with confidence, turning a fragile but valuable tool into one they could safely build upon.
